How do I return an item?

Bath and Body Lab offers only the finest products available. All products are carefully chosen for quality and workmanship. If there is a problem or a concern with your order, please contact us immediately at 866-618-2080 toll free.

Returns must occur within 5 days of your shipment receipt. Product must be unopened with original seal and unused. All saleable returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns of products that do not meet these requirement are not subjected for return.

We are not responsible for shipping delays and cannot reimburse for shipping expenses. Nor are we responsible for returns sent by non-verifiable methods. It is highly recommended you obtain a tracking number from the shipping agency you choose for your return!

  • Note: We do not accept returns on any custom scented, custom colored, custom packaged or otherwise customized products
  • Returns may be accepted on un-opened and Unscented Bases only
  • If returning an item, place a copy of the original invoice inside the shipping box
  • Clearly PRINT the return invoice number on your shipping box
  • Ship the box by verifiable method (FedEx. UPS or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation & Insurance) to:
